2.       CFR reviews information and loan committee determines approval.

3.       If approved, loan commitment letter is typically mailed within one week.

4.       Church signs and returns commitment letter along with additional documentation.

5.       CFR orders title work and preparation documents.

6.       CFR schedules closing.
