Here are the steps in the loan application process:

1.       Mail the loan application and pre-approval check-list items to CFR.

2.       CFR reviews the information, and the CFR loan committee reviews information and determines approval.

3.       If the loan is approved, CFR mails the loan commitment letter within approximatly one week.

4.       Sign your commitment letter and return to CFR along with any additional documentation.

5.       CFR orders the title work and preparation documents.

6.       CFR schedules the closing.
