About the Campaign
Harvester Christian Church is embarking on a new initiative called "For the One," driven by its core mission to lead people to find and follow Jesus. This campaign emphasizes reaching individuals who have not yet experienced Christ's love, inspired by the biblical story of the shepherd leaving the 99 to find the one lost sheep.
Key Goals and Expansion
The "For the One" campaign outlines three main objectives:
100% Engagement: The church aims for full participation from all members across its campuses in prayer, service, and giving.
200 Unleashed Leaders: Harvester Christian Church plans to identify and deploy 200 fully engaged leaders to serve at the new O'Fallon campus, filling vital roles in various ministries.
$6-8 Million in Giving: Over the next 25 months, the church seeks to raise between $6 million and $8 million, beyond regular giving, to fund its expansion. The initial goal of $6 million will support the acquisition and renovation of a new facility and the launch of the O'Fallon campus, as well as reconfiguring the Troy campus to increase its capacity by 52%, accommodating up to 400 attendees per weekend. An aspirational goal of $8 million would allow the church to launch the new campus debt-free, with any surplus applied to the existing mortgage and future outreach initiatives.
