Early redemptions for Time Certificates are subject to an interest penalty. Please note that this is neither an offer to sell nor a solicitation of an offer to buy Christian Financial Resources securities.   • Yes! You can add funds to any existing Time Certificate. Many investors use this option with maturing investments by rolling over current maturing investments into other existing term certificates.

  • As a matter of policy, we may redeem Time Certificates prior to the maturity date at your request upon a showing of need. When we agree to redeem a Time Certificate prior to the maturity date, an early redemption penalty will apply. Our current penalty as of the date of this Offering Circular is equal to twelve months’ interest on the Time Certificate.

  • Time Investments often offer higher interest rates compared to regular accounts. They provide a guaranteed rate of return over the specified term, offering stability and security for your savings.

  • A Time Certificate is a fixed-term savings account where you allocate a specific amount for a set period at a fixed interest rate. It's a convenient way to grow your money over a predetermined period, typically ranging from 6-months to several years.

  • Time Certificates typically have fixed terms, meaning your money is locked in for the agreed-upon period. You can add to your Term Investment at your discretion, but early withdrawals come at a penalty.

  • Yes, after a Certificate matures, you have the option to reinvest the funds into another term or withdraw the money. Please read the Offering Circular regarding automatic renewal options, allowing you to reinvest without hassle.
