Community Christian Church in White Marsh, MD exists in a vibrant area north of Baltimore.  The church was started by Mountain Christian Church in 2006 and has been meeting in leased space all those years.  Even though it is one of the youngest Christian Churches in Maryland it is already the second largest in attendance. Recently the church located an office building available for purchase less than one mile from their leased space.  CFR provided a $2.5M loan to purchase and renovate the facility.  No longer will the church have to keep paying high lease payments on a property they will never own.  Thanks to CFR investors for helping this church plant go to the next level!
