Joppatowne Christian Church in Joppa, MD needed a flexible financial ministry partner to help them with the retirement transition of their long-time senior minister.  The church was seeking a line of credit to ensure a young new minister the funds would be in place to fund their operations the next several years.  CFR came through with a $150k line of credit to give the church leadership peace of mind.
